Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using CoopCash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PalconAI Technologies Private Limited ("PalconAI", "we", "us", or "our").
Description of Service
CoopCash is a poultry farm management application designed to help broiler farmers track batches, expenses, sales, mortality, and profitability. The App offers both a free Standard plan and a paid Pro plan with additional features.
User Accounts
To use CoopCash, you must register with a valid Indian mobile phone number. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your phone number is accurate and up to date
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the App.
Subscription Plans & Payments
CoopCash offers the following plans:
- Standard Plan — Free, with limited features (1 location, 1 shed)
- Pro Plan — Paid subscription with unlimited features, available monthly or yearly
Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you authorize Google to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Refund Policy
Refunds for CoopCash Pro subscriptions are subject to the following policy:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
- Refunds are processed through Google Play. Please request refunds via the Google Play Store or contact us at support@palconai.com
- No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of purchase
- Free trial periods are not eligible for refunds
- Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available
To request a refund, contact us at support@palconai.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent farm data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of CoopCash — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of PalconAI Technologies Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your farm data belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the App.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CoopCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Market price data will be accurate or up to date
- Farm insights or recommendations will result in specific financial outcomes
Market prices shown in the App are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for business decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalconAI Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account within the App.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
