CoopCash offers a 60-day free Pro trial to all new users. No payment is required during the trial period. You can explore all Pro features at no cost.
Subscription Payments
CoopCash Pro subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store. All payments are subject to Google Play's billing terms and conditions.
- Monthly plan: billed every 30 days
- Yearly plan: billed once every 12 months
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription due to a technical error
- You were charged twice for the same billing period
- The app was completely non-functional for the majority of your billing period due to a bug on our side
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- You no longer use the app but the subscription is still active
- You did not use the Pro features during the billing period
- Partial month or partial year usage
- Change of mind after purchase
How to Cancel
To cancel your CoopCash Pro subscription:
- Open Google Play Store on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find CoopCash and tap Cancel subscription
Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge:
Please include your registered mobile number and the date of the charge in your message. We will respond within 2 business days.
Google Play Refunds
You may also request a refund directly through Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase. Visit Google Play refund help for more information.
