CoopCash User Manual

Getting Started

CoopCash is a farm management app for Indian broiler farmers. It helps you track expenses, sales, mortality, and profits — all in one place.

Download & Install

Download CoopCash from the Google Play Store. Search for "CoopCash" or visit the link on our website.

Sign Up

1. Open CoopCash and enter your mobile number.
2. Enter the OTP sent to your number.
3. Enter your name and select your district.
4. Choose your preferred language (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, or English).
5. You are now on the Standard plan. You can start a 60-day free Pro trial from the home screen.

Managing Batches

A batch represents one cycle of broiler farming — from chick placement to final sale.

Starting a New Batch

1. Tap + New Batch on the home screen.
2. Select your location and shed.
3. Enter the number of chicks, price per chick, and placement date.
4. Optionally enter chick company and breed details.
5. Tap Start Batch to begin.

Batch Status

• Active — Batch is ongoing. You can add expenses, sales, and mortality.
• Completed — All birds have been sold. Final P&L is calculated.

Standard Plan Limits

Standard plan allows 1 active batch at a time. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited active batches.

Archiving & Restoring

Completed batches can be archived to keep your list clean. You can restore them anytime from the archived batches view.

Recording Expenses

Track all costs for your batch — feed, medicine, vaccines, labour, and more.

Adding an Expense

1. Open your batch and go to the Expenses tab.
2. Tap a category card (Feed, Medicine, Vaccine, Labour, Other) or tap + on any card.
3. Enter the expense details — amount, date, and notes.
4. For feed expenses, enter number of bags, bag size, and price per bag.
5. For medicine/vaccine, you can optionally enter medicine name and company.
6. Tap Save.

Scan a Bill

Tap Scan Bill when adding an expense to automatically read the amount, date, and details from a photo of your bill. Works with printed and handwritten bills in Telugu and English.

If you scan a delivery challan or weighment slip with no price (only kg columns), CoopCash will detect the missing amounts and show a prompt to enter the total bill amount. The total is then split equally across all scanned items and saved automatically.

Bulk Delete

Check the Select All checkbox to select multiple expenses and delete them together. The chick expense cannot be deleted.

Recording Sales

Record each sale as birds leave your farm. Multiple traders can be recorded per batch.

Adding a Sale

1. Open your batch and go to the Sales tab.
2. Tap + Add Sale.
3. Enter number of birds sold, average weight per bird, and rate per kg.
4. Enter the trader/buyer name and sale date.
5. Tap Save.

Multi-Trader Sales

You can record multiple sales to different traders. Each sale is numbered S#1, S#2, etc. The app calculates weighted average rate and total revenue automatically.

Scan Sales Bill

Tap Scan Bill to automatically fill in sale details from a trader's bill. You can scan multiple bills at once and review before saving.

Recording Mortality

Track bird deaths daily to keep your mortality percentage accurate.

Adding a Mortality Entry

1. Open your batch and go to the Mortality tab.
2. Tap + Add Mortality.
3. Enter the number of birds that died and the date.
4. Optionally enter the reason.
5. Tap Save.

The mortality percentage is automatically updated on the batch summary card.

Growth Tracking

Track bird weight over time to monitor growth against target.

Adding a Weight Record

1. Open your batch and tap Add Weight on the batch card.
2. Enter the average weight in grams or kg.
3. Select the date of weighing.
4. Tap Save.

The Growth tab shows a chart of actual weight vs target weight over the batch days.

Feed Phase Tracker

The feed phase card shows your current phase (PBS, BS, or Finisher), recommended feed bags, and how many bags you have used so far.

Market Prices

View live broiler market prices across all states and districts in India.

• Tap Market Prices from the home screen.
• States are grouped and collapsible. Andhra Pradesh is expanded by default.
• Switch between Prices and Trend tabs to see price history charts.
• A 🔼 or 🔽 indicator shows if tomorrow's price is expected to change.

Farm Insights

Farm Insights gives you a smart overview of your entire farm's performance. Available on Pro plan.

Overview Tab

Shows total birds, total revenue, total expenses, and net P&L across all batches.

Charts Tab

Donut charts showing expense breakdown per batch — Feed, Chicks, Medicine, Labour, and Other as percentages of total spend.

Health Tab

Flock Health Score per batch based on Mortality %, FCR, and weight vs target. Shows 🟢 Healthy, 🟡 Monitor, or 🔴 At Risk status.

Coopi — AI Farm Assistant

Coopi is your AI-powered farm assistant built into CoopCash. Ask questions, record expenses, add sales, check prices, and generate reports — all by chatting. Available on Pro Max and Trial plans.

Quick Actions

Tap Ask Coopi from the home screen to open the assistant. The quick action grid gives you one-tap access to:

• My Flock — get a summary of your active batch
• Create Batch — start a new batch by filling a form card
• Add Expense — record an expense by typing or scanning a bill
• Add Weight — record today's bird weight
• Add Sale — record a bird sale
• Market Price — check today's broiler price
• My Expenses — view expense breakdown for your batch
• Completed Batches — view summary of past batches

Suggestion Chips

• Add Mortality — record bird deaths
• Show Feed Expenses — view feed expense breakdown
• Show Other Expenses — view non-feed expenses
• Show FCR & Feed Left — check current FCR and remaining feed
• Show Mortality — view mortality across all active batches
• Get Report — generate and share a PDF report for a completed batch

Scan Bill via Coopi

When adding an expense through Coopi, tap Scan Bill to photograph your bill. Coopi will read the details and show a confirmation card before saving.

PDF Reports

Generate and share professional PDF reports for your batches.

Batch Report

1. Open a completed batch.
2. Tap the download icon (⬇) in the top right.
3. The PDF is generated with summary, sales details, and feed details.
4. Share via WhatsApp, email, or save to your phone.

Get Report via Coopi

You can also generate a batch report directly from Coopi, your AI farm assistant. Tap Get Report in the Coopi quick actions, select the completed batch, and tap Preview or Share to download or send the PDF. Available on Pro Max and Trial plans.

Farm Statement

From Farm Insights, tap Statement to generate an all-time farm P&L statement across all batches.

Free Trial

New users can start a 60-day free Pro trial. Tap Try Pro free for 60 days on the home screen banner, or tap any Pro feature to begin your trial.

How to Upgrade

1. Go to Settings → Standard Plan → tap Go Pro ✨
2. Or tap any Pro-gated feature.
3. Select Monthly or Yearly plan.
4. Complete payment via Google Play.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, go to Google Play Store → My Subscriptions → CoopCash → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.

Account & Settings

Edit Profile

Go to Settings → Edit Profile to update your name or district.

Change Language

Go to Settings → Language to switch between Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and English.

Manage Locations & Sheds

Go to Settings → Manage Locations & Sheds to add, edit, or remove farm locations and sheds.

Delete Account

To permanently delete your account and all data, visit palconai.com/delete-account.html or go to Settings → Delete Account.
